Orders are processed by our logistics department within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt in our system. Delivery in Italy normally takes place within 2-4 working days from when the order is handed over to the courier. Deliveries will be made by the courier from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. (CET) to 3:00 p.m. (CET).
Please note that shipments and deliveries are not made on weekends or national holidays.

Your satisfaction is the crowning achievement of our hard work and dedication. You may exchange or return your items free of charge within 14 days of purchase, provided that the footwear is in perfect condition, with the original labels intact and undamaged.
As each of our products is crafted with artisan expertise and made from fine leather, please only try on the shoes on carpets or soft surfaces. Unfortunately, any signs of wear on the footwear or original packaging will make it impossible to proceed with the return or replacement.
Submit your return request for the products you wish to return using the form on this page. You will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 working days with authorisation from our Customer Care team and instructions on how to return the goods.
Please note that returns will only be accepted after our team has verified that the goods are intact.
